Sound System Rental · Central Florida
Sound system rental for meetings, ceremonies and events
Professional speakers, digital mixing and wireless microphones, sized to your room or outdoor space and tested before your guests arrive.
Sound every guest can hear clearly
Most event sound problems come from a system that's the wrong size or a setup that was rushed: speakers that can't reach the back row, microphones that squeal, or music that drowns out the person speaking. We size the system to your room and audience, place the speakers for even coverage, and check every microphone where the speaker will actually stand.
The result is speech that's easy to understand from every seat, which matters most in rooms where many guests have some hearing loss.

- 150 to 400 guests: the Ballroom package adds line-array speakers, subwoofers and four wireless mics.
- Live music: the Live Band package adds a stage box, monitors, instrument mics and our audio engineer, with wireless in-ear monitors available for up to 5 performers.
Not sure which fits? Tell us the room, the head count and what's on the program, and we'll recommend one.
Run it yourself, or have us run it
The Clubhouse, Outdoor and Ballroom packages are set up so your staff or volunteers can run them. Before we leave, we show whoever is in charge how to turn microphones up and down and play music. If you'd rather not worry about it, add an AV technician to run sound for the whole event. The Live Band package requires our audio engineer.
Churches and choirs
For services, choir concerts and holiday programs, the Choir Mic Add-On places four condenser microphones on stands in front of the choir so the whole group is heard evenly, not just the people closest to a single mic. It adds to any sound package for $50.

Questions
Common questions
If you don't see your question here, call us at (352) 571-2988.
How many microphones will I need?
Count the people who will speak at the same time. A single presenter needs one; a panel works best with one microphone per panelist; a Q&A needs one more for the audience. Two are included with the Clubhouse and Outdoor packages, and four with the Ballroom package.
Can you work with our venue's existing sound system?
Sometimes. Some venues let us connect wireless microphones or a mixer to their system; others don't allow it or have equipment that isn't suited to the event. Tell us the venue and we'll check before we quote.
Can you provide sound outdoors where there's no power?
Yes. The Outdoor package includes a silent battery power station, so there's no generator noise or extension cords. Larger systems need an outlet or a generator; we'll tell you what's needed when we quote. See outdoor events.
Do you have in-ear monitors?
Yes. Wireless in-ear monitors are available for up to 5 singers or musicians with the Live Band package, at $50 per performer. Each performer gets their own monitor mix, and the stage is quieter because fewer floor monitors are needed.
When do you set up?
We schedule setup so the system is in place and tested before your guests arrive, and confirm load-in and removal times with your venue. Setup before 7 a.m. or removal after 11 p.m. has a $75 after-hours fee.
Need sound for an event?
Tell us the date, the location and how many guests you expect. We'll recommend a package and send an itemized written quote.
