Bright enough for real meeting rooms
Most meeting rooms, clubhouses and ballrooms can't be made fully dark, and an underpowered projector washes out as soon as the lights are on. Our 7,000-lumen laser projectors stay bright and sharp with the room lights up, so your audience can see the screen and still see their notes and each other. For smaller rooms, a 4,000-lumen full-HD projector does the job at a lower price.

One screen or two
In a wide room or a ballroom set with round tables, guests at the sides can struggle to see a single center screen. The Dual-Screen package puts a projector and screen on each side of the stage or lectern, showing the same picture, so every table has a clear view.
Add sound for video and larger rooms
If your presentation includes video with audio, or the room holds more than about 40 people, add a sound package so the presenter and the video can be heard. When sound and video are delivered together, they share one delivery charge.
Meetings in Orlando
We deliver projector and screen packages throughout Central Florida, including Orlando and Kissimmee (Zone 3, a $150 delivery surcharge). If your meeting is at a hotel, ask the venue whether outside AV companies are allowed and whether they charge a fee for them. Many venues allow it, and we'll quote at our published prices.

Package prices cover the equipment listed. Except where marked "included," delivery, setup and removal, technician time, and sales tax are added on your written quote. Prices are subject to change, and your written quote is final. Delivery and technician rates.

Can I use a projector outdoors?
Only after dark. No projector is bright enough to compete with Florida daylight, so outdoor projection works for evening events once the sun is down. For daytime events outdoors, plan on sound only.
Do I need a technician to run the projector?
Usually not. Once we've set it up and tested your slides, the presenter just advances them. If you have several presenters, videos or a tight schedule, an AV technician ($65 per hour, 4-hour minimum) can handle the changeovers.
Can I use my own laptop?
Yes. Tell us what computer you'll present from, and we'll bring the right connection. A presentation laptop is also available if you'd like to send us your slides ahead of time.
How large is the screen?
Our packages use 9-foot fast-fold screens with black skirting. For a wide room, the Dual-Screen package adds a second screen so the sides of the room have a clear view.
