Pick a package as a starting point. Delivery, setup and removal, plus any technician time, are added on your written quote.
Sound
Speakers, mixer and microphones
For up to 150 guests. Two column speakers, two wireless microphones, and a digital mixer with Bluetooth music playback.
The Clubhouse package plus a silent battery power station. No outlet or generator needed for pool decks, patios, parks and pavilions.
For 150 to 400 guests. Two line-array column speakers, two subwoofers, a 16-channel digital mixer and four wireless microphones.
For bands at festivals, parties and community events. Two line-array columns, two subwoofers, a 16-channel digital console with stage box, four stage monitors, vocal and instrument mics, and a drum mic kit.
Audio engineer requiredWireless in-ear monitors with each performer's own monitor mix, for up to 5 singers or musicians. Adds to the Live Band package.
Four condenser choir microphones with stands and cables. Adds to any sound package.
Presentation
Projector and 9-foot screen
A 4,000-lumen full-HD projector with a 9-foot fast-fold screen. For rooms up to about 40 guests.
A 7,000-lumen laser projector with a 9-foot fast-fold screen. Bright enough for rooms of 50 to 150+ guests with the lights on.
Two 7,000-lumen laser projectors with two 9-foot screens, so everyone in a wide room or ballroom has a clear view.
Live Streaming
Private link, YouTube or Facebook
Two to three 4K cameras with live switching, up to 3 hours on site, our own cellular internet, a private link or YouTube/Facebook, and replay for one year with a recording download. For public meetings, town events, church services, club events and ceremonies.
One HD camera, up to 2 hours on site, a wireless microphone for the officiant, and our own cellular internet so the stream doesn't depend on venue Wi-Fi. Replay for one year, plus a recording download. Full details at our funeral streaming service, FLstreaming.com.
Technician and local delivery includedAdd-ons available for streaming: extra hours, a second camera, a second location, slideshow playback, and satellite internet for remote sites.
Package prices cover the equipment listed. Except where marked "included," delivery, setup and removal, technician time, and sales tax are added on your written quote. Based in Wildwood, we serve Sumter, Lake, Marion and Orange counties and the surrounding region.
Zone surcharges are added to the delivery, setup and removal rate. If your town isn't listed, call and ask.

Yes. Our published prices apply to everyone, so every customer can see exactly what a package costs before calling.
