Event sound and live streaming for Central Florida towns, cities and counties

From the holiday tree lighting to the budget hearing, we provide the sound, microphones, screens and live streams that public events and meetings need, set up, tested and run by an experienced technician.

Public events, ceremonies and meetings

For city and county departments, parks and recreation, community development districts, libraries and chambers of commerce.

Community events

Holiday tree lightings, Fourth of July celebrations, founders' days, farmers and holiday markets, and music in the park.

Ceremonies and observances

Memorial Day, Veterans Day and 9/11 remembrances, dedications, ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings. As a veteran-owned company, these ceremonies matter to us.

Press conferences

A lectern microphone, sound for the crowd, audio feeds for news crews and a live stream. Press conferences →

Public meetings and hearings

Commission and council meetings held off-site, workshops, budget hearings, town halls and community forums, with audience microphones for public comment.

Live streaming and recording

Stream meetings and events to your YouTube or Facebook page or a private link, and keep the recording for your records.

Parks and recreation

Race start and finish announcements, opening days, camp shows and senior center programs.

Live streaming public meetings and events

More residents expect to watch public meetings and community events online, including seasonal residents who are out of state for part of the year. If your meeting room doesn't have a permanent streaming system, or you're holding a meeting or event somewhere else, we bring everything needed to stream it.

  • Two to three 4K cameras with live switching, so viewers see whoever is speaking
  • Clear audio from our microphones, or from your room's existing microphones where the system allows
  • Our own cellular internet, so the stream doesn't depend on the building's Wi-Fi
  • Your channels: YouTube, Facebook or a private link, under your organization's name
  • A recording file after the event for your website or records

Multi-camera live streaming starts at $1,195 for up to 3 hours on site.

Experience you can count on

Public events have no second take. We are a veteran-owned company, and our owner has more than 20 years of production experience, including events for municipal clients, and every system is set up and tested before the public arrives. We plan outdoor events with Florida weather in mind and agree a rain and lightning plan with your staff ahead of time.

Common questions

If you don't see your question here, call us at (352) 571-2988.

Can you stream our meeting to our own YouTube or Facebook page?

Yes. We stream to your organization's channels using the stream key from your account, or to a private link if you prefer. You also receive a recording file after the event.

Do you need power for outdoor events?

Not for smaller systems. The Outdoor Sound package runs on a silent battery power station, which suits ceremonies, announcements and speeches. Larger systems for big crowds or live music need a park outlet or a generator; we'll tell you what's needed when we quote.

Can you provide a W-9 and complete our vendor registration?

Yes. Send us your vendor packet or portal link and we'll complete it.

What happens if the weather turns?

We agree a rain and lightning plan with your staff before the event. Equipment is set up in covered positions where possible, and if lightning is in the area we pause for everyone's safety.

How far ahead should we book holiday events?

Book as early as you can for November and December events, Fourth of July and Memorial Day. Those dates fill first. For press conferences and short-notice events, call us any time.

Do you work with community development districts and associations?

Yes. We provide sound, screens and streaming for district meetings, community events and resident programs, as well as for homeowners and community associations.

Planning a town event or public meeting?

Tell us the date, location and what's on the program. We'll reply with an itemized written quote you can take through your approval process.
