Everything a press conference needs
- A lectern microphone on your podium, or on our stand if you don't have one
- Speakers so attendees, officials and guests standing behind the speaker can all hear
- A wireless handheld microphone for questions, so reporters' questions are heard in the room and on the recording
- A press mult box that gives each TV and radio crew its own clean audio feed from the lectern microphone, so they don't need to crowd the podium with their own microphones
- A live stream to your YouTube or Facebook page, and a recording file afterward
- A projector and screen for maps, renderings or slides at indoor events
Indoors or on location
Press events happen at city hall, at a project site, in a park or in front of a new building. For locations without an outlet, our battery-powered sound system runs silently with no generator. For the live stream, we bring our own cellular internet.
Short notice is normal
Announcements often come together in a day or two. Call us as soon as you have a date and location, and we'll tell you right away whether we're available. Tell us how many news outlets you expect so we can plan the press mult box feeds.

When will you be set up?
We are set up and tested one hour before your press conference starts, so everything is ready before the media arrives.
Can news crews take audio from your system?
Yes. Our press mult box gives each crew its own audio feed from the lectern microphone, so they record clean sound without placing their own microphones on the podium. Let us know how many outlets you expect.
Can you stream the press conference to our page?
Yes. We can stream to your YouTube or Facebook page using your account's stream key, or to a private link, and you receive a recording file afterward.
Do you need power at the location?
Not for a standard press setup. Our battery-powered sound package runs without an outlet or generator.
