Technician at the control table with presentation laptops, mixer and equipment rack

Event Production · Central Florida

Event production for meetings, galas and community events

Sound, screens, streaming and a technician to run them, planned with your venue, on one quote, with one point of contact.

One company for the whole program

Larger events have more moving parts: several speakers, a slideshow, a video, an awards segment, music, sometimes a live stream for people who couldn't attend. When the sound company, the screen company and the venue are each handling a piece, small gaps turn into awkward pauses. We plan and run sound, projection and streaming together, so there's one person to call and one quote to approve.

What we can bring

  • Sound for speech and music, from a meeting room to a 400-guest ballroom
  • Wireless microphones for presenters, panels, award presenters and audience questions
  • Projectors and screens, single or dual, bright enough to use with the lights on
  • Live streaming and recording with multiple 4K cameras and live switching
  • LED lighting for speakers and for video
  • A technician on site to run the show, with additional crew for larger events

Experience behind every event

Our owner has spent more than 20 years producing events for corporate, municipal and high-end venue clients. That experience shows in the details guests never notice: the microphone that's already on when the next speaker reaches the lectern, the slide that's up before the introduction ends, and a program that runs on time.

Hybrid meetings and streaming

If some of your audience is remote, we can stream your meeting or event to YouTube, Facebook or a private link, or connect it to your Zoom or Teams meeting. For details on business streaming, see our streaming service, FLstreaming.com.

From first call to final cue

The same steps, whether it's a 40-person meeting or a 400-guest gala.

Tell us about the event

Date, venue, guest count and the program: who speaks, what's on screen, and whether anyone is watching remotely.

We plan with your venue

Room layout, power, load-in times and a simple run of show, coordinated directly with the venue's staff.

We set up and test

Every microphone, slide, video and stream is checked before guests arrive, with a sound check for performers.

We run the show

A technician runs sound, screens and cues for the whole event, then we pack up and remove everything.

Common questions

If you don't see your question here, call us at (352) 571-2988.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can, especially for events between November and April and for holiday dates. That said, call even if your event is soon; if we're available, we'll make it work.

Can you work alongside a hotel's in-house AV?

Often, yes. Some hotels require their in-house provider for certain services or charge a fee for outside vendors. Ask your venue, or give us your contact there and we'll coordinate.

Can you handle more than 400 guests?

Our Ballroom package is sized for up to 400 guests. For larger events, call us to talk through what's needed; we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.

Planning a larger event?

Send us the date, venue and program, and we'll put together a plan and an itemized written quote.
